Artists from Bangladesh are coming together to perform a concert for charity named “To Gaza from Dhaka” in solidarity with Gaza in the midst of its ongoing crisis. The concert will be organized by the platform Artists Against Genocide on November 24 at the central campus of Dhaka University.
Today, musician Ahmed Hasan Sunny, one of the platform’s spokespersons, informed the media that this concert will feature the performances of at least fifteen bands and musicians. As of now, confirmed performers include Maqsood O’ Dhaka, Zohad Reza Chowdhury of Nemesis, Karnival, Masha Islam, rapper Shafayat, and Aseer Arman. In a few days, a few additional bands and performers will be finalized.
