Andrew Tate, a controversial influencer, has been accused with rape, human trafficking, and organizing an organized crime ring to sexually exploit women in Romania.
Tristan, his brother, and two associates have all been charged. The charges have been refuted by everybody.
In 2022, the Tate brothers were detained at their Bucharest house for the first time. Following a judgement by a Romanian judge, they were transferred from detention to house arrest on March 31.
According to the accusation filed with the Bucharest court, the four defendants formed an organized criminal cell in 2021 to commit human trafficking not only in Romania, but also in other countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom.
It cites seven claimed victims, alleging that the Tate brothers lured them in with false promises of love and marriage.
