The ruling party Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said that the Prime Minister will decide who will be the opposition party in the 12th National Parliament. He said, “Already many of the opposition party Jatiya Party have won. 14 teams also won like two. The time to make a decision in this regard is not far. Whoever will be the leader of the house will decide in this regard. The new Prime Minister is the new Leader of the House, they will definitely decide what to do considering the situation.”
He also said that we will know who the opposition party will be after the official announcement of the election results.
Quader said that foreign journalists and observers including various institutions, organizations and media in the country and abroad have expressed their satisfaction after observing the election.
