US, UK and Canada haven’t sent official election observers to Bangladesh

United States, United Kingdom and Canada have not officially sent anyone to observe the elections in Bangladesh. Spokespersons of the United States and United Kingdom missions in Dhaka and the Canadian High Commission shared on X (previously Twitter) today.

Observers from different countries and international organizations visited different centers as invited observers in the election held yesterday on Sunday. Later in the evening they held a press conference at a hotel in the capital. The press conference was attended by former US Congressman Jim Bates, CEO of American Global Strategies Alexander Gray, Canadian Parliament member Chandrakant Arya and Senator Victor Oh.
