Ju-un Nahar Choudhury has been appointed as the new managing director for Coca-Cola Bangladesh Ltd. She is the first woman and the first person from Bangladesh to hold the position. She took over for Ta Duy Tung, who had joined in 2021.

Choudhury began her job at Unilever as a marketing management trainee and worked in a number of different positions. It was her team’s work on the nationwide “Lifebuoy handwashing washing campaign” that earned them a Guinness world record.

In her other jobs, she has worked for Ricketts Benckiser, Danone Indonesia, and Apex.
