Saudi Arabia wants to build eight iconic mosques in Bangladesh and an Arabic language school in Dhaka. Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Bangladesh, Essa Youssef Essa Al Duhailan, told Minister of Religious Affairs Faridul Haque Khan about this during a meeting at the ministry on Sunday.
A news release from the ministry says that the two talked about a range of issues connected to the relationship between the two countries and how to make it better going forward.
Besides this, they talked about registering for Hajj, getting pilgrims to and from the event, opening an Arabic language school in Dhaka, and building eight iconic mosques in Bangladesh.
